Daily healthy routine for a healthy lifestyle:

  • Ideal time to wake up is from 6:00AM to 7:00AM
  • getting up to the right side of your body (getting up to the left side exerts pressure on your heart after the long sleep).
  • after getting up, rub your hands and put your hands on your face to create warmth on your face.
  • drink a glass of warm water boiled with jeera powder, ajwain powder & tulsi powder on empty stomach just after getting up before brushing. (Or use believe health’s swasthya powder for better health benefits) (controls bloating, helps in proper digestion & boosts immunity).
  • start your day with exercises, meditation and yoga.
  • brush your teeth only with Herbal tooth powder thoroughly.
  • clean your tongue with tongue cleaner as it removes germs.
  • have your breakfast within 2 hours of getting up, which is made using organic healthy food ingredients. (With prescribed calories of intake).

  • your mattress matters a lot in sleep, your mattress should not be soft to sleep, it should be little hard to sleep as it keeps your body in straight position.
  • eat one fruit at a time (don’t make salad).
  • Avoid fruits at night.
  • No tv/mobile during eating (body absorbs food well when you eat consciously/with full concentration on food).
  • brushing, washing face and moisturising (applying aloe vera) is must for health and skin.
  • make sure your surroundings, your floor, bed, blanket free from dust as it causes allergies and respiratory diseases.
  • Lack of air flow in home causes indoor air pollution and cause health issues like asthma or sick building syndrome. In fact, modern furnishings, synthetic building materials, and even your own carpet may carry more chemicals than expected. These chemicals contribute up to 90 percent of indoor air pollution. (Must use air purifying plants for a better air)
